Dr Carl Rasch - Chiropractic

Carl has been a Chiropractor now for 26 years, graduating in 1991 after a 5 Year Chiropractic Degree (B.App.Science (Chiropractic) RMIT Melbourne). In that time he has practiced with his wife Kathy and also solo practices, in Toowoomba and Goondiwindi (Qld) in the early 90’s, Maleny (Qld) from 1995-2002, Langwarrin (Vic) from 2004 to the end of 2017 and concurrently in Mount Eliza (Vic) from 2003. Now only in Mt Eliza, Carl loves being part of the amazing team along side Kathy at The Sanctuary, Wellbeing Mt.Eliza.

“To me, Chiropractic is a great profession to help people of all ages function better and enjoy greater flexibility and mobility. I also love the whole philosophy of Chiropractic, as with other natural healthcare approaches ... that the body has an innate ability to heal most of its own problems ... it is so incredibly empowering. Basically, we are helping people to help themselves.”

“Chiropractic care helps me function better. As part of an overall health approach with regular exercise, a great diet, meditation, and practices that enhance inner connection and balance, I firmly believe in being the best version of myself and inspiring my patients to do the same.”

A keen road cyclist, Carl also enjoys getting outdoors, hiking, skiing, and morning walks to the beach with “Poppy” the family pooch.

Personalised Professional Care is Carl’s mantra in practice. Every adjustment is tailored to each patient. He offers a number of different Chiropractic techniques from traditional manual adjustments where the joints make a 'popping sound,' to lower force techniques such as activator, mechanical blocking, NSA and drop table adjustments, all of which require less force, have no joint popping sound, and are gentle enough to use on any age patient.
